CopyCopy has a local clipboard history just like I was looking for. But it also has an optional cloud-share across all your devices. And you take the option simply by copying to your paste buffer the same thing twice, hence the name copycopy. The iOS version uses a slick widget interface. And it all works seamlessly. I had it all working great on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad in no time.
